Sharp was raised in Rochester (New York) and embraced music. In the Hochstein School of Music, she studied cello, clarinet as well as piano. When she was awarded a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory because of her love for theater in schools, Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude, where she was awarded the B.F.A. Sharp began her journey in the stage world after graduation from the Conservatory. She performed in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted off-Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Other stage shows include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin' Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with the playwright August Wilson himself. Sharp, who has worked in both on the screen and on stage is also involved in a variety of original projects. In addition to singing, Sharp is developing an album. When she's not working either front of or behind the camera, or working in a studio to record the music of her choice, Sharp has a love of fitness. She is always fitness classes and learning Krav Maga.. She likes piano as well as well as long, arduous roadstrips. Sharp resides within Los Angeles with family.
