Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding born on December 30, 1986 in Hereford, England) is an English artist and singer. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of her game with her electronic pop music after getting the attention of the world with "Starry Eyed," along with "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. With her unique soprano warble and knack for writing captivating, yet emotional songs, Goulding, much like her predecessors Kate Bush and Imogen Heap, stands at the forefront of the current mainstream and an independent, artistic pop.Goulding soon graduated from the blogosphere to print media, receiving praise from mainstream publications like The Guardian and fielding offers from record companies. The final decision was to sign a major label contract to Polydor Records and began making arrangements to release her debut album. Ellie Ellie Ellie Ellie Ellie
